Ireland’s First Nonstop Dublin-Nashville Flights Set to Boost Tourism and Business Ties

Aer Lingus is making it easier than ever for Nashville residents and nearby travellers to experience the wonders of Ireland. Starting on 12 April 2025, the airline will launch a direct flight from Music City to Dublin, with four weekly flights on the state-of-the-art Airbus A321XLR.

Doug Kreulen, President and CEO of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, expressed excitement about the new route, saying, “This nonstop flight opens up an unforgettable opportunity for Nashville travellers to immerse themselves in Ireland’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant cities, and rich history.”

From Dublin’s bustling streets filled with music, art, and history, to the rugged coastlines of the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland is a destination brimming with adventure and charm. Whether you’re exploring ancient ruins, indulging in world-class food and drink, or experiencing the country’s warm hospitality, Ireland offers something special for every traveller.

Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus’ Chief Customer Officer, shared her enthusiasm, noting, “Ireland’s deep connection with American culture, particularly through music, makes it the perfect place for Nashville travellers to explore. This new route opens the door to countless cultural and business opportunities.”

In addition to experiencing Dublin, travellers can easily connect to 22 other European destinations, including iconic cities like Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, and London. And to make the journey even smoother, all US-bound passengers will clear customs and immigration in Dublin, ensuring a hassle-free return trip.

With this new direct flight, Nashville travellers can look forward to discovering the magic of Ireland—an enchanting land of culture, history, and natural beauty just a flight away.
